Cancellation Policy

Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. Alex values your business and asks that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify Alex at least 24 hours in advance.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice or No Shows are subject to a canceling fee of 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. Alex’s time is valuable and this policy is in place in order to respect her time. When you miss an appointment with her, she loses your business as well as the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.
Any rescheduled appointments within less than 24 hours of appointment are subject to $25 or 50% fee, whichever is less than the service’s price.
All NO – SHOW clients must book with a card on file to reserve future appointments.

For new clients: Please arrive 10- 15 minutes prior to your appointment time
Alex will do her best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. The full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. Alex will do her best to keep clients up to date on any changes that may occur. You are encouraged to acquire about any and all available pricing and services when booking your appointment.
